4. Movement-Based Sessions & Personal Responsibility

You agree to stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress and to inform your counsellor immediately.

5. Bookings & Payments

• All session fees are outlined on our website or agreed upon prior to service

• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise arranged

• Prices may change at any time, with updated pricing published on the website

• Packages and programs may have specific terms communicated at purchase

6. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee

• Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency at our discretion

7. Confidentiality

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

• Information shared in sessions is confidential and handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws
