Movement and Talk

A unique counselling approach that integrates meaningful conversation with gentle, intentional movement. Sessions may include walking, light movement, or exercise alongside counselling to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. This approach recognises the strong connection between mind and body and can be especially helpful for those who find it easier to open up while moving or who feel disconnected from their body. You have the flexibility to choose a location that helps you feel safe and comfortable. I work with children, adults, and athletes.

1 Hour Session: $200

Talk (In-Person)

Traditional face-to-face counselling offered in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. These sessions focus on understanding your experiences, exploring challenges, and developing practical strategies to support your mental wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth. Sessions can be held in a location of your choice to help create a sense of safety and ease.

1 Hour Session: $150

Online

Flexible counselling sessions delivered via secure online platforms. Offering the same supportive, client-centred approach as in-person sessions, online counselling makes support accessible when attending in person isn’t possible or when you prefer the comfort and convenience of connecting from your own space.
